Cara Wolfe of Fredericksburg died suddenly on Monday, Dec. 25.
Cara, who was 46 years old, had been battling a bacterial infection, according to her obituary on the Covenant Funeral Home website.
Born in Hershey, PA, Cara went on to earn a degree in computer information systems from Strayer University and had recently been working as a pharmacy tech at CVS, her obit says.
The mom of two loved spending time with her children, Natalie, and son, Declan, her obit says.

Gannon, of Fredericksburg, leaves behind his wife, Julie Gannon, and their two daughters.

A Loudoun County mom is seeking support after her disabled daughter died.
Jessica Josiah Burke, of Leesburg, died Monday, Nov. 27, according to her mom Betheny Burke. She was 18 years old.
Affectionately called "Pia" by her mom, Jessica battled Phelan-McDermid Syndrome, a rare genetic condition, and "brought immeasurable joy and love to those around her," her mom said on a GoFundMe campaign.

Clarence Waller Jr. went by many names.
Jay, junior, "the cell phone guy."
But the 39-year-old Fredericksburg man who died on Thursday, Nov. 16, is being remembered in just one way: Fondly.
According to a GoFundMe campaign, Waller died due to diabetic complications and renal failure.
Affectionately referred to as a gentle giant standing at 6'3", Waller graduated from Massaponax High School and had been volunteering as an assistant football coach there in recent years, according to the campaign and his obituary.
