MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- A 5k walk/run which promotes awareness of sexual assault is planned for Saturday, Oct. 22 at Iona College in New Rochelle. The goal of the SToPP (Stop. Think. Protect your Peers) race, now in its second year, is to remind people about this important epidemic which impacts one in five college women and one in 16 college men. GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Polynesian islands are coming to Connecticut next month as the Pineapple Classic Foundation hosts the 5th Annual Pineapple Classic Obstacle 5K at the Greenwich Polo Club on Saturday, Oct. 8.
