"As a professor of special education at Hunter College, I often conduct workshops regarding classroom behavior management for teachers in the New York City area schools.

"Repaying a favor to an administrator, I agreed to lead a half day session in a Brooklyn middle school. It went well, and afterward, an attractive educator of recent immigrant youngsters approached me to ask about training programs at Hunter. I was fully enamored by this fetching lady’s positive attitude and cheerful disposition.

"Her warm and upbeat personality continued to shine brightly in our subsequent e-mail correspondence regarding training programs. With somewhat ulterior motives, I invited her to join me for coffee and a tour at the college. She suggested an expensive French restaurant, instead.... a suggestion that I took as an expression of interest in my subtle pursuit.

"That evening, I sat captivated by this alluring woman as we spoke nervously, but with mutual enchantment over the dinner table. The brief kiss as we parted was sparkling, and still resonates to this day.

"We now live in Ossining with our two lovely daughters. Thirteen years after her initial bewitchment of me, she is still my heart throb. I am a fortunate man."
