WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - A Westchester man is facing charges after being caught on camera exposing himself to a woman walking on a Bronxville sidewalk.

A woman reported to the Bronxville Police Department on Nov. 17 claiming that a man had flashed her on Palmer Avenue two days prior.

Utilizing Village surveillance cameras, police were able to capture the incident and identified the perpetrator as 20-year-old Jose Grandos-Rodriguez, who was later located in Mount Vernon.

Police arrested Grandos-Rodriguez of Mount Vernon and charged him with public lewdness. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. Grandos-Rodriguez is due back in Bronxville Village Court on Dec. 6 to answer the charge.
