2 Arrested in Kidnapping, Rape of Mount Vernon Woman

YONKERS, N.Y. -- Yonkers detectives have charged two suspects who allegedly kidnapped and raped a Mount Vernon woman, according to LoHud.com.

Clydedoro Graham and Alisa Papp, both 26, were arrested Wednesday, June 18, and charged with first-degree kidnapping. Graham was also charged with first-degree rape, LoHud.com said.
