Thomas was responding to criticism from Comptroller Maureen Walker, who said he's putting health-care benefits for city workers at risk by allowing city checks to pile up waiting for his signature.
Thomas, in turn, criticized her for having City Council President Marcus Griffith sign millions of dollars of checks, News 12 Westchester reports.
