Have You Seen This Lost Mount Vernon Dog?

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- A Mount Vernon pet owner is asking the public's help in finding a small dog missing since Wednesday evening.

Snooper has been missing since Wednesday evening.

According to a post Thursday on the Mount Vernon Animal Shelter Facebook page, Snooper went missing about 8 p.m. in the area of S. West Street and S. Macquesten Parkway.

Snooper is a small terrier with black and white coloring and weighs about 15-20 pounds, according to the post, which said that he is wearing a black leather collar.

Anyone who may spot the dog is urged to cal 914-262-5567.
