After sitting in the top two for two years, following a fifteen-year break from the competition, the Mount Vernon Board of Water Supply gets the chance to compete in the New York State Drinking Water Taste Test (TWTC), reported mvinquirer.com.

TWTC has been running for 29 years and is a friendly, non-scientific contest that measures the quality and value of water among 62 New York counties, reported mvinquirer.com.
