Mount Vernon Restores Alternate Side Parking, Garbage Pick-Up Schedule
MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- Alternate side parking rules are back in effect in Mount Vernon. Also, the Department of Public Works Sanitation pick-ups are back on a regular schedule.
The weekend snow disrupted alternate side parking and garbage collection.
