NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Preet Bharara, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, is the guest speaker at a dinner to celebrate "Crime Stoppers" fifth anniversary on Friday, Feb. 5.
According to officials with the group, Bharara’s accomplishments over the past six years have raised awareness of the challenges that confront law enforcement on all fronts.
Additional honorees during the event, at 7 p.m. at the VIP County Club in New Rochelle, include Westcester County Public Safety Commissioner George Longworth and Reginald Ward, chairman of the New York Law Enforcement Foundation.
