Mount Vernon Library Offers Program On Gardening In Small Spaces

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- The Mount Vernon Public Library will hold the program Gardening in Small Spaces on Tuesday, May 17, in the library's Grace Green Baker Community Room.

Krys Mernyk from Cornell Cooperative Extension will discuss maximizing small space for successful gardening. Topics to be covered will include valuable tips and techniques for terrace, patio, balcony and windowsills, as well as growing annuals, perennials, herbs and vegetables.
