The evening was expected to see less than a half-inch of snow and winds of 26 mph, with gusts as high as 46 mph, according to the National Weather Service. Overnight, residents can expect snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches and wind gusts as high as 55 mph.
Residents can expect snow before 8 a.m. Thursday, with an 80 percent chance of rain throughout the day and wind gusts as high as 39 mph.
