Public Must Sign Up To Speak At Mount Vernon School Board Meeting

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- A regular meeting of the Mount Vernon Board of Education will be held on Tuesday, March 1, at The Education Center, 165 North Columbus Ave., beginning at 6:30 p.m.

In addition, Trustee Micah McOwen will participate via video-conference from a private residence at 5225 Monarch Drive, Gainesville, Ga.

Members of the public may attend the meeting at either location.

The Board of Education welcomes public comment at all regularly scheduled meetings. There will be an opportunity for public comment at this meeting.

Members of the public wishing to address the board must sign up with the District Clerk by 4 p.m. on March 1. They may sign up by phone at (914)-665-5235, email at rmccormack@mtvernoncsd.org or in person Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
