Properties include a 900-square-foot co-operative on Locust Street that is available for $169,500. A Colonial on Vernon Parkway is being sold for $550,000 and a four-bedroom property on Nuber Avenue is being shown at $389,000.

For $430,000, buyers can purchase a South Avenue residence. On Raynor Avenue, a three-bedroom, two- and one-half bathroom home can be had for $574,900.
