MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – Westchester County hopes to buy a $1 million piece of Mount Vernon real estate and sell it back for a dollar to establish a senior housing complex proposed by Grace Baptist Church, lohud reports.
Westchester County expects to turn the Mount Vernon property at 125-129 S. Fifth Ave. into a senior housing complex.
