Two Men From Fairfield County Charged After One Pepper-Sprays Other During Fight, Police Say

Two Fairfield County men were arrested for breach of peace at an area motel after one allegedly sprayed the other in the face with pepper spray during an argument.

Brian Bukowski, 43, of Trumbull, and Gerome Eldridge, 38, of Bridgeport, were arrested on Friday, Jan. 3 after Milford Police responded to the Devon Motel on Bridgeport Avenue in response to a disturbance.

When officers arrived on the scene they found that the two men had been arguing and that Bukowski allegedly pepper-sprayed Eldridge in the face, said the Milford Poice.

Bukowski was charged with assault and breach of peace; Eldridge was charged with breach of peace.

Both were released on a promise to appear ticket.
