Police: Carmel Man Found Unconscious After Crash Had Cocaine, Pot

A 26-year-old man recently found unconscious by Carmel Police was nabbed for possession of cocaine and pot, according to Carmel Police.

William Ralph of Carmel was found passed out in a vehicle that he had crashed, police said.

During an investigation into the crash, police found a quantity of marijuana and cocaine on the front passenger seat, police said. 

He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Ralph was arraigned by a judge and released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
