Firefighters Rescue Cats, Douse Flames In Stratford House

STRATFORD, Conn. — No one was but two cats were rescued as a fire heavily damaged a Stratford home late Wednesday, according to the Connecticut Post.

The fire, which is under investigation, was in a single-family home at 1661 Elm St. that is set back off the street, fire officials said.
