A $20 million federal lawsuit filed by A-1 Construction & Renovation, based in Brooklyn and owned by Rana Usmani, alleges school officials used profanity, racial, and ethnic slurs, lohud.com reported.

The company was responsible for a $561,736 reconstruction project at Larchmont’s Murray Avenue School, but the contract was terminated, lohud.com reported.
