Terrence Murphy Challenging Opponent To Debates

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – Republican Terrence Murphy has challenged his opponent, Democrat Justin Wagner, to a series of debates. He already took part in the Putnam County Chamber of Commerce Candidate Forum.

“Seven debates will establish that my pro-women, pro-jobs, pro-family agenda is right for the voters of the 40th Senate District. My only wish is that some of our statewide candidates would provide voters the same courtesy.”

The remaining debates are scheduled as follows:

Thursday, Oct. 9 – Building and Realty Institute of Westchester Debate

Wednesday, Oct. 22 – Putnam County Courier Debate

Thursday, Oct. 23 – New Castle League of Women Voters Debate

Tuesday, Oct. 28 – Poughkeepsie Journal Debate

Thursday, Oct. 30 – News 12 Westchester Debate

To be determined – Journal News Debate

Each event will be available for viewing on the internet. Murphy said he is looking forward to participating in a vigorous discussion of the issues.
