Mount Vernon's city controller learned of a $150,000 settlement but it is unclear whether it is for all four plaintiffs or a top aide to Mayor Ernest Davis. The lawsuit dates back to 2008 when the four said Davis' predecessor fired them for supporting Davis, Lohud. com said.

Two of them have since gotten their jobs back after Davis won election in 2012, according to Lohud.com.
