Chappaqua's Hillary Clinton Could Soon Be Pastor, Report Says

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- Hillary Clinton, a Chappaqua resident, could be coming to a church near you.

According to Bill Shillady, her longtime pastor, Clinton, a Methodist, told him of her interest in turning to the ministry during a photo shoot for her new book about her failed 2016 presidential campaign. Clinton has written the forward for Shillady's new book, "Strong For A Moment Like This," a book of devotionals.

During the cmapaign, Shillady would wake up at 4 a.m. to send Clinton a daily devotional to use on the campaign, according to The Atlantic

Shillady said he could see Clinton doing guest preaching at Methodist churches. Shillady said Clinton's faith has gotten stronger since the election and that she appears more relaxed, according to The Atlantic.
