Police Search For Wanted Woman Who May Be In Mount Vernon

The Clarkstown Police are asking for the public's help in locating Carisma Thomas who is wanted for grand larceny, falsifying business records and scheming to defraud.

Her last known address was in Mount Vernon, police said.

Thomas, 31, is described as being a black female, 5-foot-4 with black hair and brown eyes.
