Troopers were dispatched to investigate a car accident on the Sprain Brook Parkway. During the investigation, they suspected Phillipa Climaco, 29, of being intoxicated, police said.
A breath sample yielded a blood alcohol content of 0.09 percent, just above the legal limit of 0.08 percent, police said.
Climaco is scheduled to appear in Greenburgh Town Court on Feb. 5, police said.
