MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – City police are seeking help from the community as they search for a suspect who shot a Bronx native outside a strip club.
Police confirmed an unidentified 20-year-old Bronx man is recovering from surgery after he was shot in his leg after leaving Sue’s Rendezvous about 3 a.m. Monday.
Detectives believe the suspect may have been walking near the intersection of East Sydney and North Third avenues, though details have been scant. A suspect has not been identified, and a motive has yet to be established by investigating detectives.
In turn, police are asking anyone with information regarding Monday’s nonfatal shooting outside the strip club to contact the Detective Division at 914-665-2510..
