Mount Vernon Man Stopped On I-87 Charged With DWI

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – A Mount Vernon man was charged with DWI early Sunday morning after State Police stopped him on I-87 for speeding and other traffic violations, according to New York State Police.

Leonard Sosa, 29, was found to be intoxicated after a test revealed his blood alcohol content was .14 percent.

Sosa was turned over to a sober third party and ordered to return to the the Village of South Nyack Court Monday, July 6.
