MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – A Mount Vernon man being held in connection with a shooting outside a day care center on Tuesday is now facing federal gun charges, News 12 Westchester reports.
Mount Vernon police say a man is facing federal gun charges in connection with a Tuesday shooting outside a day care center.

The other man involved in the shooting is still in the hospital, according to News 12 Westchester.
