MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – Veronica A. Milisci, a 53-year resident of Mount Vernon, died Wednesday, Feb. 11. She was 82.
Milisci was born in the Bronx on Dec. 23, 1932, to Luigi and Amelia Bottiglieri and was predeceased by husband, Gabriel, and daughter, Gabrielle Cantalupo.
She is survived by her son, Mark Milisci, and his wife, Fran; her grandchildren, Stephen, Joseph, Mark, Michelle, Nicole, Jacquelyn and Alexandria; great-grandchildren Tristan and Gabriel; and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be Monday, Feb. 16, from 4-8 p.m. at the Yannantuono Burr Davis Sharpe Funeral Home in Mount Vernon.
A funeral Mass is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ursula's Church in Mount Vernon.
Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
