MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- Margaret Louise Force, of Mount Vernon, died Oct. 2.
She was born March 8, 1918, in Bristol, Pa., to William and Molly Dougherty.
She was predeceased by her husband John in 1974 and her son Robert in 1989.
She was the mother of Vincent (Mildred) Force and Lawrence (Peggy) Force; grandmother of seven, great-grandmother of eight and great-great-grandmother of one.
Her family will honor her life from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Yannantuono Burr Davis Sharpe Funeral Home, 584 Gramatan Ave.
There will be a funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Church, 53 Winter Hill Road,Tuckahoe.
Interment is at Ferncliff Cemetery.
