MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - Keith Monro of Mount Vernon, formerly of Troy, Pa., died May 23. He was 52.
Monro was a graduate of Troy High School and received a B.S. degree from Penn State University. He was employed for 21 years with NYSCO of the Bronx.
Services will be held in Pennsylvania.
