FLEETWOOD, N.Y. — Fleetwood resident Bridget "Bridie" McCarthy died Wednesday, May 11. She was 99.
A native of Longford, Ireland, McCarthy is survived by her children and their spouses, John and his wife Nora, and Rosemary and her husband William; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
McCarthy was predeceased by her husband, John McCarthy.
Calling hours will take place from 3:30-7 p.m. Friday at the Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home, Bronxville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 9:45 a.m. Saturday at Sts. Peter & Paul Church in Fleetwood.
