MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - Benjamin J. Pastore, a lifelong resident of Mount Vernon, died Jan. 8. He was 86.
Pastore worked for Con Edison for 38 years.
Pastore is survived by his children, Christine and Vincent (AnnaMaria) Pastore; and three grandchildren.
Calling hours are Friday, Jan. 10 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at F. Ruggiero & Sons, Inc., 732 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY 10704. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 at Saints Peter & Paul Church, Birch St., Mount Vernon. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne.
