Antoinette A. Febbraio, 75, Of Mount Vernon, Kindergarten Teacher

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - Antoinette A. Febbraio of Mount Vernon died April 18. She was 75.

Febbraio was born Feb. 25, 1938, in the Bronx to Anthony and Mary Aurichio. After her marriage she returned to school to get her G.E.D. and go on to get her bachelor's degree and a masters in education at the College of New Rochelle. After receiving her Master's Degree she became a Kindergarten teacher at Lincoln School. She also volunteered on Saturdays at Blythedale Children's Hospital.

Febbraio is survived by her children, Guy and Gregg Febbraio; daughter-in-law, Brigitte; three grandchildren; and a great grandson. She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Salvatore M. Febbraio.

Calling hours are from 2 to  4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 19  and Saturday, April 20 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Yannantuono Burr Davis Sharp Funeral Home , 584 Gramatan Ave  Mt Vernon, NY 10552.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, April 20  at Sts. Peter & Paul Church in Mount Vernon. Entombment at Ferncliff Cemetery.
