Snow Removal Remains A Challenge In Mount Vernon

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- After a stretch of winter that produced large accumulations of snow, the City of Mount Vernon is struggling to get all of its roadways properly cleared, according to WABC-TV New York.

Roads like Rich Avenue are especially challenging. The road is narrow to begin with, but with cars still buried in snow and ice on both sides of the streets, plows are unable to navigate the road, and more importantly, unable to remove any more snow from the area, WABC-TV  New York reported.
