Sharply Colder Temps, Chance Of Snow Await Mount Vernon

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Take in the warmer weather while you can on Wednesday, Westchester County residents, because temperatures are expected to drop dramatically on Thursday and some snow could come with the cooler temperatures.

Cooler temperatures could result in some snowfall on Thursday night.

The rest of Wednesday is expected to be a mix of sun an clouds with high near 65 degrees.

Thursday will be much cooler with increasing clouds. High temperatures will only get into the high 40s.

Temperatures will drop near freezing on Thursday night which could result in some snowfall before 1 a.m. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Sun will return on Friday but temperatures will remain in the 40s.
