Saw Mill Accident Blocking Lane Causes Stop-And-Go Traffic

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- An accident blocked the right lane on the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway in Greenburgh, causing stop-and-go conditions Thursday morning.

The 7:45 a.m. accident, at the junction of I-87, backed up traffic to Route 119 (Exit 21).
