MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. ? The Mount Vernon Zoning Board of Appeals has rescheduled its Wednesday night meeting to Thursday, Sept. 20.
The board will take up an application for Bayview Real Estate Consultants from architect Edward D'Amore to build a four-story, 18-unit apartment building at 100 Lorraine Terrace. The application includes a request for a variance to allow off-street parking.
Bayview Real Estate is also asking for variances on the building height, setback and floor area ratio. Click here for the full agenda.
