Sprite, a mostly white dog with brown ears, is a female last seen at 380 Collins Ave., according to the Bronx Lost and Found Pets Facebook page.

The search for Sprite has also taken to PawBoost, a website for pet owners seeking their lost pets.

Tammie Schnier, who has owned Sprite since she was a puppy, said her husband let the dog out into the backyard Friday evening and then went to get dinner. When he returned, the dog had disappeared.

"She doesn't run away, so I'm not sure what happened," Schnier said.

Sprite, said to have a friendly disposition, is partially deaf and may not hear her name being called.

Anyone who may find Sprite is urged to call 914-664-6764.
