MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – Selwyn Days, the Mount Vernon man who has been put on trial four separate times on murder charges, will face a fifth trial, News 12 reports.
Days' conviction from the fourth trial in 2011 was thrown out by a state appeals court earlier on Wednesday, as he appealed that he wasn't able to present expert testimony at that trial, the report said.
He has been tried four times for the 1996 murder of Eastchester millionaire Archie Harris and his aide Betty Ramcharan, according to News 12 Westchester.
