Mount Vernon Library Offers Fizz, Boom, Read! For Kids

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- This summer, anyone who loves to read can be a part of Fizz, Boom, Read! at the Mount Vernon Public Library. The program is open to all ages, from preschool through young adult, and will include programs, story times, science experiments, prize drawings, reading clubs and much more.  The 2014 Summer Reading Program is free, and the library is at 28 S.
