MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- An unidentified man was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon outside a Mount Vernon apartment complex, according to a report by ABC 7.
The shooting occurred at 3:30 p.m. in a parking lot near Sheridan and East Lincoln Avenues, according to the report.
