MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - Halloween related activities in Mount Vernon including trick-or-treating have been canceled due to Hurricane Sandy.
Halloween related activities have been canceled in Mount Vernon due to the power outages like the one at the intersection of East Lincoln Avenue and The Esplanade.
