MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - The Conservative Party of Westchester County will hold a primary election for the 89th New York State Assembly District on Thursday though no candidates names will be on the ballot.
Members of the Conservative Party can write-in any name they want and whoever gets the most votes will be on the ballot on the Conservative line in November.
Incumbent J. Gary Pretlow, a Democrat, has already gained the Working Families and Independence party lines as well as the one from his party. No Republican is challenging him.
The general election will be held on Nov. 6.
