MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - Consolidated Edison reported that 430 customers were without power in Mount Vernon as of 7:30 p.m. Tuesday because of storms moving through the area.
The utility estimated that service would be restored to all customers by 1 a.m. Wednesday.
