City Buildings, Schools Closed For President's Day

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- All city-owned buildings, including City Hall and the Mount Vernon Public Library will be closed Monday in observance of President's Day.

All schools in the Mount Vernon City School District will be closed for the week for winter recess.

Additionally, Metro-North will operate on a Saturday schedule. Hudson Rail Link, the Newburgh-Beacon Ferry and the Haverstraw-Ossining Ferry, will not operate.
