WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A stretch of the Bronx River Parkway has reopened after an accident resulted in its closure Tuesday.
The closure, reported at 8:45 a.m., was on the southbound side at Exit 10 (Harney Road in Scarsdale).
