Join to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
The program will be from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 14 at the Wartburg Conference Center, 1 Wartburg Place, Mount Vernon.
Light refreshments will be served. There is limited seating, so register today. Send an RSVP by May 8 to Karen Thomas at (914) 513-5330 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
