Bell is a senior at Mount Vernon High School and found out about the event at her school and youth bureau. She's applied to Syracuse University to study communications and hopes to work in public relations, marketing and advertising.

"I had really good conversations with everyone today and particularly Allison Madison," she said, referring to the owner. When Madison sat at her table, Bell didn't think anything of it because she knew this was a networking event.

"I was very surprised. I didn't know she was the Undercover Boss," Bell said. So far, she doesn't know what she'll be doing at the staffing company, but she isn't wasting any time preparing. "I'm really excited," she said. "I've already sent her an email, and we've been in contact."

Bell says she's thankful for the opportunity and thinks its a great program for young people. "It was great that the Westchester employers are investing in their community," she said.

The Business Council of Westchester and County of Westchester sponsored the event.
