Chronic conditions include arthritis, high-blood pressure, pain, depression and diabetes.
Registration is not required for the sessions. The two sessions will take place at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 28 at The Armory at 144 N. Fifth Ave. in Mount Vernon and at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 29 at the Mount Pleasant Community Center at 125 Lozza Way in Valhalla.
