Bronxville residents Ellen and Pierre de Saint Phalle will be presented with the J. Rockhill Gray Award  for their dedication and service to the community during the 20 years they have lived in Bronxville.

Ellen de Saint Phalle has been a member of the boards of the Friends of the Sarah Lawrence Library, the Friends of the Bronxville Library, The Bronxville Historical Conservancy and the Bronxville Rotary. She has also served on the Bronxville Board of Education.

Pierre de Saint Phalle served for six years on the Bronxville Board of Education and six years on the board of The Bronxville School Foundation, where he served a term as president.

There will be a wine reception and hors d’oeuvres. This year’s performance will feature mentalist and magician Oz Pearlman. He has been dazzling audiences with his mind reading abilities and sleight of hand for over two decades. His television appearances include "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, CBS’s "The Early Show" and ABC’s "World News Tonight." Even skeptics are won over by his incredible abilities.

Carol Godfrey and Tracy Lilly are co-chairs of this year’s committee whose members include Pippa Colvin, Catherine Hartnett, Lansing Martinelli, Lisa Sargent, Marlissa Westerfield and Nancy Whitney.

Member and Volunteer Services Coordinator Kathryn Urbina provides support to the benefit committee, and Executive Director Julie Dalton works with the committee throughout the planning process.

Admission to May Magic is $100 per person, and all but $25 is tax-deductible. There is a $20,000 matching gift challenge for new and incremental contributions. A new donor’s contribution will be matched 100 percent.

For previous donors’ contributions, any increase over their 2014 contributions will be matched.  For additional information or to make a reservation, please call the Gramatan Village office at 914-337-1338 or visit the website www.gramatan.com.
